Your ability to bring the additional resources and materials to the project in a timely manner is commendable.

We have recently completed a joint venture development on Hunt Club Drive in Ottawa, the final phase of which was of approximate size of 50,000 sq ft. large scale retail space.

Dolyn Developments Inc. was the constructor for a new two storey Shopper's Drug Mart located at the corner of Bank St. & Sunnyside Ave.
The building was composed of a structural steel frame and deck on a concrete foundation. The walls are brick veneer on a steel studback-up wall in combination with glazed aluminum curtain wall cladding. The building covers most of the site making it a difficult site to manage, plus it is tight to the street property line and a minimal distance from the neighbouring property line. The site was further encumbered with heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic which was maintained throughout construction.
Dolyn professionally handled these challenges and completed the project in accordance with the schedule and met all the demands and requests of the owner on time.
