Foundry Collective and Coffee Bar
Dolyn was asked to complete this great project located in the heart of downtown Carleton Place. We renovated an old building to provide upgrades to the interior, including building fire separation, structural upgrades, HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. There were repairs and modifications to the main brick façade also. The finished space on the ground floor has a quaint coffee shop, and offices were created on the second floor.
